[#KCON17LA] Oh My Girl Playlist

OH MY GIRL is an eight-member girl group formed by WM Entertainment. The members are HyoJung, JinE, Mimi, YooA, SeungHee, JiHo, Binnie, and Arin. They debuted with their first mini album <Oh My Girl> with title song “Cupid” in April 2015. Their second mini album <Closer> was released in October 2015. They released their third EP <Pink Ocean> with title track “Liar Liar” in March 2016 when they also announced their official fandom name, “Miracle,” at their comeback showcase for <Pink Ocean>. Oh My Girl held their first solo concert, Summer Fairytale, in Seoul in August 2016. Tickets were were sold out within three minutes, breaking the record for the fastest sold-out concert for a rookie group. Oh My Girl’s fifth EP <Coloring Book> was released on April 3 this year, along with title track of the same name. Woooooo! Fans of Oh My Girl, you just got a chance to get a whole lot “closer” to this girl group. [#KCON17LA] Kim Tae Woo Playlist

KIM TAE WOO is a South Korean singer. He debuted as the lead singer for g.o.d. in 1999. The group became one of the most popular groups in the 2000s and are often referred to as “the Nation’s idol,” “Legends of K-Pop” with other first generation idols. They were also one of the few groups to have an album become a “million seller” in K-pop. In October 2006, Kim Tae Woo released his first solo album Solo Special, which sold over 100,000 copies in one month. In September 2009, he released mini-album T-Virus which also achieved over 100,000 sales. In the same year, he won “Best Ballad/R&B Performance” award with title song “Love Rain” from T-Virus at the 11th Mnet Asian Music Awards. In July 2014, he re-grouped with other members of g.o.d and made a comeback with album Chapter 8. He has been actively promoting his 6th studio album T-WITH since its release in July, 2017. [#KCON17LA] Super Junior-D&E Playlist
Super Junior-D&E is the fifth official subunit of boy group Super Junior, formed by SM Entertainment in 2011. The subunit is composed of two Super Junior members Donghae and Eunhyuk. The duo released their debut digital single Oppa, Oppa and made their debut stage on Music Bank in December 2011. They released a Japanese version of Oppa, Oppa in April 2012, which peaked at #2 on Oricon single daily and weekly charts. The duo then released their second Japanese single I Wanna Dance and second Korean single Still You in 2013. Super Junior-D&E The 1st Japan Tour was kicked off in March after they released their first Japanese album Ride Me. In 2015, Super Junior-D&E Asia Tour – Present was kicked off in June, going through 4 Asian cities, after the duo released their first Korean EP album The Beat Goes On in March 2015. It’s official, Super Junior-D&E is joining the #KCON17LA lineup! This will be their first performance in the U.S. since going to the army and we couldn’t be more psyched. [#KCON17LA] Wanna One Playlist

Wanna One is an eleven-member boy group formed from Mnet’s survival boy group reality show Produce 101 Season 2. The final members as well as group name were chosen by the public audience’s votes. The members who took top 11 in the final were Kang Daniel, Park Ji-hoon, Lee Dae-hwi, Kim Jae-hwan, Ong Seong-woo, Park Woo-jin, Lai Kuan-lin, Yoon Ji-seong, Hwang Min-hyun, Bae Jin-young, and Ha Sung-woon. The group will official start promoting in August 2017. Wanna One is ready to win over the hearts of oversea fans with their first performance abroad at KCON LA. Wanna One are officially coming to KCON17LA!! The 11 members will be making their KCON debut this August 18 – 20 at the LA Convention Center & Staples Center! If you’ve followed along in this past season’s Produce 101 Season 2, you will know just how hard and fiercely the Wanna One members trained to be where they are now. [#KCON17LA] K.A.R.D Playlist

K.A.R.D is a co-ed group formed by DSP Media in 2016. The group has four members: J.Seph, B.M, Somin, and Jiwoo. The group released the first single for their trilogy pre-debut project, “K.A.R.D Project,” titled “Oh NaNa” featuring labelmate Heo Young-ji as a hidden member. Their second project single “Don’t Recall” was released in February 2017 followed by its English version as the hidden track. Their final project single “RUMOR” was released in April followed by its dance-video version as the last “hidden card” before their official debut. “RUMOR” charted #1 in 13 countries on iTunes’ main charts. K.A.R.D is expected to make their official debut in mid-July this year. Oh NaNa~ The four members of K.A.R.D will be performing at this year’s #KCON17LA! The co-ed idol group has been making waves with their hit singles, “Oh NaNa,” “Rumors,” and “Don’t Recall,” and now West Coast fans will be able to see them perform it live in Los Angeles. Seventeen is a 13-member boy group who debuted under Pledis Entertainment in 2015. The members are S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. They are also active with three different sub-units: “Hip Hop Unit,” “Vocal Unit,” and “Performance Unit.” The group is known as the “self-producing” idol group as the members are deeply involved in the composition and production of their discography and choreography. Seventeen debuted on May 26 with a live showcase and was the first male Kpop group to debut with an one-hour live showcase on a major broadcasting channel. Their first EP 17 Carat was released along with the music video for title track “Adore U” on May 29, 2015. 17 Carat later became the longest-charting K-pop album of the year in the US and was the only rookie album to appear on Billboard‘s “10 Best K-pop Albums of 2015” chart. Heize is a South Korean singer-songwriter and rapper. She made her debut in 2014 with her self-titled mini-album Heize. She participated in Mnet’s hip-hop survival reality show Unpretty Rapstar Vol.2 in 2015. In July 2016, she released her second EP album, And July, with title track “And July” featuring DEAN and DJ Fritz. Her single “Star,” released in 2016, charted at #1 on Gaon Digital Chart upon its release. She has also participated in the making of several Korean dramas’ original soundtracks, including “Did You Ride UFO?” for Jealousy Incarnate in 2016 and “Round and Round” for Guardian: The Lonely and Great God in 2017. Just today, Heize scored an all-kill with “Don’t Know You,” which means our anticipation to see her at KCON LA is through the roof! ? Cosmic Girls, also known as WJSN, is a Korean-Chinese girl group formed by Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment. The group is currently composed of thirteen members: Seola, Xuan Yi, Bona, Exy, Soobin, Luda, Dawon, Eunseo, Cheng Xiao, Mei Qi, Yeoreum, Dayoung, and Yeonjung. The group debuted with their first EP album [WOULD YOU LIKE?] in February 2016, which included title tracks “Mo Mo Mo” and “Catch Me.” In August 2016, Cosmic Girls released their second mini-album, [THE SECRET], with I.O.I’s Yeonjung added as the group’s 13th member. In January 2017, Cosmic Girls released [From. WJSN] with title track “I Wish.” Earlier this month, Cosmic Girls released their first full-length studio album, [HAPPY MOMENT], composed of 10 new songs, including title track “HAPPY.” Cosmic Girls fans, are you ready to see them at KCON LA? VIXX is a six-member boy group under Jellyfish Entertainment. The members are N, Leo, Ken, Ravi, Hongbin, and Hyuk. Before their official debut, the members were featured on the Mnet survival reality show MyDOL. The six members and the group name “VIXX” were both chosen by viewer votes on the show. The group is known for their unique music concepts and group performances that tell a story through each title track. VIXX debuted with their first single “Super Hero” on M COUNTDOWN on May 24, 2012. They achieved their first music show win on KBS 2TV Music Bank with “Voodoo Doll” on December 6th the year following their debut. On May 15th this year, VIXX released their fourth mini album Shangri-La, part of the three-event VIXX V FESTIVAL to celebrate the group’s fifth anniversary. NCT 127 is part of the K-pop boy group NCT, which stands for Neo Culture Technology. The group consists of 9 members: Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Doyoung, Yuta, Jaehyun, Win Win, Mark, and Haechan. The number 127 represents the longitude coordinates of Seoul, South Korea. NCT 127 made their debut in July last year with a mini album titled NCT #127. Their second mini album Limitless was released digitally on January 6, 2017 and physically on January 9, 2017. The new album scored No.1 spot on Billboard’s World Albums Chart upon its release. The NCT unit is reported to be making a comeback with their third mini-album titled NCT #127 CHERRY BOMB on June 14, 2017. The love we have for the talented members of NCT 127 is indeed limitless! KCON17LA has just added NCT 127 to their line-up, and, if their performance at KCON Mexico is any indication, we just know that they’ll be giving a performance of a lifetime!
