GENERAL TICKETING

  • If you purchase resale tickets through a third-party website, you will need to contact that site directly for assistance. Only tickets purchased through AXS are considered official KCON LA tickets.
  • M COUNTDOWN STAGE: This is the stage where the M COUNTDOWN show will be held every night from 8PM at Crypto.com Arena.
  • FESTIVAL GROUNDS: This is where a wide variety of fan engagement opportunities, K-culture experiences, sponsor booth activations, and artist performances will take place every day at the Los Angeles Convention Center in the WEST HALL from 10AM-6PM.
  • ARTIST STAGE: This is a stage in the SOUTH HALL of the Los Angeles Convention Center that will host the KCON LA 2025 artists specifically on the ARTIST STAGE lineup throughout KCON weekend. This is where fans can enjoy even more performances from their favorite artists on the ARTIST STAGE lineup in a more intimate setting before the main show. The schedule will be released closer to the event date.
  • M&G STAGE: This is a stage located within the CONCOURSE HALL of the Los Angeles Convention Center that will host intimate MEET & GREET sessions with the artists specifically on the M&G STAGE lineup. This is a separately ticketed event, and more details on the ticketing and programming are explained further below — please refer to Questions 7 and 8.

No, the 3DAY ticket will not be an option for KCON LA 2025.

The 1DAY PREMIUM ticket focuses on elevating the M COUNTDOWN experience with a GA FLOOR + SOUNDCHECK (with one of the M COUNTDOWN LINEUP ARTISTS) inclusion, while the 1DAY PLUS ticket focuses on elevating the FESTIVAL GROUNDS experience with access to the ARTIST STAGE FRONT AREA + RED CARPET. Both ticket tiers come with access to M COUNTDOWN, the FESTIVAL GROUNDS, and the ARTIST STAGE.

  • The 1DAY ticket includes access to M COUNTDOWN and all FESTIVAL GROUNDS PREMIUM benefits, which are explained further below — please refer to Question 6 for more details.
  • The M COUNTDOWN ticket only grants you access to the nighttime show at Crypto.com Arena, for all of our fans who only want to catch the show.

The FESTIVAL GROUNDS ticket will grant you access to the Los Angeles Convention Center, but not the show at Crypto.com Arena. With the FESTIVAL GROUNDS PREMIUM ticket you can access both WEST HALL and SOUTH HALL, and with the FESTIVAL GROUNDS ticket, you can access only the WEST HALL. The FESTIVAL GROUNDS ticket will be sold per day.

  • FESTIVAL GROUNDS: This ticket grants you access to the WEST HALL of the Los Angeles Convention Center, where you can enjoy immersive opportunities, diverse programming, fan engagement opportunities, and special guest appearances! 
  • FESTIVAL GROUNDS PREMIUM: This ticket grants you access to the benefits listed above, as well as access to the SOUTH HALL of the Los Angeles Convention Center, where you can see the artists on our ARTIST STAGE lineup during the day. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy even more performances from your favorite artists on the ARTIST STAGE lineup in a more intimate setting before the main show — specially curated for our KCONers!
  • FESTIVAL GROUNDS PREMIUM 4 PACK: This ticket is a discounted four-pack of the FESTIVAL GROUNDS PREMIUM ticket, giving you the opportunity to split the cost with your friends and family!
  • FESTIVAL GROUNDS HAPPY HOUR: This is a flexible FESTIVAL GROUNDS ticket option for fans who want to stop by the WEST HALL for various brand activations and festivities before the show starts, but don’t have enough time to spend the whole day there. This ticket option will let you enter the convention hall two hours before the FESTIVAL GROUNDS close at 6PM.
  • The MEET & GREET is a separately programmed event where you get to meet your favorite artist in a more intimate setting (ex. artist Q&As, games, SEND OFF**, etc.)! With the M&G ticket, you’ll get access to the M&G general viewing section. With the M&G PREMIUM ticket, you’ll get to enjoy the MEET & GREET from a premium viewing section at the front and have the opportunity to say hello to your favorite artist (HI-WAVE) up close on the M&G STAGE.

**The M&G SEND OFF will occur at the end of the MEET & GREET, which fans who have purchased general M&G tickets can enjoy. The artists will walk by the general M&G section and say goodbye to the crowd before concluding the M&G programming.

Yes! We want to make your KCON experience fully customizable, so we’re including M&G as a benefit that you can purchase with or without a show or FESTIVAL GROUNDS ticket, rather than including it in a preexisting ticket package. This gives fans the flexibility to enjoy KCON the way they want to.

  • KCON EXPRESS ($69.99): A KCON EXPRESS purchase gives you access to the PRESALE for the tickets listed below, and M&G PRESALE. It also comes with a first look at KCON LA 2025 information, an exclusive entry track into the FESTIVAL GROUNDS from Friday to Sunday (valid for 3 uses), and the opportunity to join priority queues for select booths at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

KCON FAST PASS ($29.99): This package gives you exclusive entry track access into the FESTIVAL GROUNDS for one-time use during the day of your choice, and the opportunity to join priority queues for select booths at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

  • All ticket sales are final. This applies to all ticket types. Please double-check your order before checkout to ensure accuracy.
  • No, ticket upgrades after purchase are not possible at this time.
  • Suite tickets can only access M COUNTDOWN and do not come with access to FESTIVAL GROUNDS. You will need to purchase a separate FESTIVAL GROUNDS or FESTIVAL GROUNDS PREMIUM ticket for access there at https://www.axs.com/kcon2025.
  • All ticket types with access to M COUNTDOWN (1DAY PREMIUM, 1DAY PLUS, 1DAY, M COUNTDOWN) can enter M COUNTDOWN at the same time. However, 1DAY PREMIUM comes with an exclusive entry track.

ACCESSIBILITY/ADA

An ADA information desk will be located inside the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall Lobby to support and address the needs of all attendees with accessibility needs. In order to ensure we can provide you with the proper arrangements, requests for specific services must be emailed to us prior to the event for sufficient preparation. Please check each section for specific details pertaining to each service.

  • There will be a priority, accessible entry lane for security and bag check located at the left side of the main entrance of West Hall.
  • When inquiring about ADA check-in, please email questions@kconusa.com with the following information as well as your companion(s):

  • On the day of the event, please check in at the ADA information desk (West Hall) with a photo ID
  • A staff member will escort you to the ADA check-in counter located in Petree Hall to receive your festival grounds wristband.
  • There will be accessible viewing areas made available to guests with disabilities and their companion at designated stages. One companion can be accommodated for space and safety reasons.
  • On-site availability for wheelchairs at LACC is limited, so if you require a wheelchair rental, please email us at questions@kconusa.com. (Please see “ACCESSIBILITY CHECK-IN” above.)
  • Lines: ADA priority line at the West Hall entrance for security/bag check (left lane) and inside Petree Hall for wristbanding (escort via ADA elevator).
  • Parking: Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Please view our parking map for locations.   • Restrooms: All restroom facilities at Crypto.com Arena are wheelchair accessible and are clearly marked.
  • Elevators: Crypto.com Arena is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena.
  • American Sign Language interpreters can be provided upon request. In order to ensure that we can provide you with the proper arrangements, please email your request to questions@kconusa.com prior to the event. (Please see “ACCESSIBILITY CHECK-IN” above.) The deadline for these requests is July 1st, 2025.
  • Service animals are permitted throughout the festival.
  • A service animal must be under the control of its handler.
  • Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the attendees’ disability prevents the usage of these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks.
  • Service animals must be obedient and behave in a manner that is safe and non-threatening for other attendees and other service animals at all times.  
  • If service animals are behaving in ways that fundamentally alters the services offered by KCON, such as behaving aggressively toward other service animals (barking, lunging, growling, snarling, scratching, biting) or toward other attendees, or howling during performances, or is otherwise disruptive, KCON may impose restrictions or ask that you remove the service animal from the premises, and you agree to and will cooperate with KCON’s requests. You may continue to participate while your service animal remains outside.
  • No poisonous or illegal exotic service animals are permitted.
