OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.  ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY: KCON October Artist-Signed Album Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by CJ ENM America, Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsor”), shall begin at 3:30 p.m. EDT/12:30 p.m. PDT on September 25, 2020 and end at 11:59 p.m. PDT on September 30, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Rhode Island and Maine) (the “Eligibility Area”) and who comply with these Official Rules in all respects.  Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to individuals eighteen (18) years or older (19 years or older in AL and NE, 21 years or older in MS) and minors thirteen (13) years or older (a “Minor”) with parental consent documented in a completed the KCON October Artist-Signed Album Sweepstakes Parental/Guardian Consent Form (“Consent Form”).  Minors who do not submit a completed Consent Form are ineligible to win.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the immediate family members of such individuals (spouse, parents, siblings, children, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, and grandchildren) and members of the same households (whether legally related or not) of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you (an “Entrant”) or your parent/legal guardian, if applicable, accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules include limitations of your rights and remedies.  The Sweepstakes is void outside the Eligibility Area and wherever prohibited by law or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter this Sweepstakes one of two ways: Entry: Upon completing all steps below, you will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. Any subscriptions/follows must be active throughout the Sweepstakes duration. Comment with your crush moment on The Boyz using your Twitter and/or Instagram usernames on the official Sweepstakes @kconusa or @kcontv Instagram and/or Twitter Post. This call-to-action is subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Mail-In Entry: Legibly print your full name, postal address, valid e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth on a piece of paper or a 3” x 5” index card, write down your crush moment on The Boyz, and mail it in to CJ ENM America, Inc., Attention: KCON October Artist-Signed Album Sweepstakes, 1600 Rosecrans Ave., Bldg. 2A, Ste. 301, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 28, 2020 and received by Sponsor no later than October 01, 2020. If Entrant is a Minor, entry must include a valid, signed Consent Form. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, AND PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.  ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND THEIR CORRESPONDING VALID SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT(S).  Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple accounts on the same platform, or otherwise, may be disqualified.  Entries are void if they contain typographical, printing or other errors.  No entries from automatically generated e-mail addresses shall be accepted.  Use of any automated system, such as script, macro, or other automated means, to participate or generate entries (or otherwise assist in participation) is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.  Entries that are mutilated, altered, lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, tampered with, unintelligible, illegible, forged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification.  Any false or deceptive entries or acts will render all entries by an Entrant ineligible.  The envelope containing a mail-in entry must not include entries for other persons (i.e., no bulk submissions). As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (or if Entrant is a minor, said Entrant’s parent or legal guardian) gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, which the Entrant will have the obligation to establish.  The “authorized account holder” is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider and/or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.  All materials submitted become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. The Sponsor and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone or mobile network, computer and mobile online systems, equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile

KCON:TACT SEASON 2 Is Coming October 16-25!

Hi, KCON-ers! We’re happy to announce a new KCON:TACT event is coming your way–that’s right, it’s time to get ready for KCON:TACT SEASON 2! KCON:TACT 2020 Fall is now 10 DAYS and will take place October 16-25. The world’s largest celebration of Korean culture and pop music will be co-hosted by The Korean Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) and CJ ENM, and continue to push the boundaries of virtual entertainment through Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and eXpanded Reality (XR) technology. We hope you’re ready for ten days of live concerts and meet & greets with dozens of top artists as well as countless hours of interactive content from influencers and artists, both live and pre-recorded. Where can you watch everything KCON:TACT? KCON is again teaming up with YouTube to broadcast KCON:TACT SEASON 2. The entire program will be streamed exclusively on Mnet K-Pop (www.youtube.com/mnet) YouTube channel globally. All interactive elements, including direct artist communication, will be available only through the YouTube platform and stream. KCON:TACT Summer in June drew over four million viewers in over 150 countries worldwide and we can’t wait to meet millions of our fans again at KCON:TACT SEASON 2!
