CONTEST DESCRIPTION: Show us your K-Pop cover dance skills at Toyota’s booth at KCON! If you think your group has what it takes to perform like a K-POP group, come to the Toyota booth on Friday August 16, 2019 to participate in an open audition for a chance to be filmed live by legendary dancer-filmmaker Tim Milgram! All entries will be judged using the criteria in Section 6 and two (2) groups will be selected to win the prize as specified in Section 7. HOW TO ENTER*: You may enter the Contest by doing the following: Form your group! Minimum of 3 people, maximum of 13 people per group. Each member of your group must have a ticket to the KCON convention for Friday August 16, 2019; Register/sign up to audition at the Toyota booth located on the convention floor (Sponsor Zone) between 3:00 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. with the TMillyTV staff. Perform a dance cover in front of the Contest judges, to one of the following songs: Ateez – “Say My Name” StrayKids- “MIROH” Nu’est – “Bet Bet” Itzy – “Dalla Dalla” Mamamoo – “Gogobebe” SF9 – “Now or Never” Oneus – “Twilight” IZ*ONE – “La Vie en Rose” Seventeen- “Oh My!” Loona – “ Butterfly” *All Entrants and members of your group must know the full choreography of the selected song. The length of audition will range between 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By completing the foregoing, you and your group will be entered into the Contest. *NOTE: This call-to-action is subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE NOT PERMITTED (I.E., A PERSON MAY NOT ENTER THE CONTEST IN MULTIPLE GROUPS). Please refer to Section 9 for additional information regarding Disqualification. Re-Evaluation Period: The “Re-Evaluation Period” shall begin on 4:00 p.m. PT on August 16, 2019, and end on or about 8:00 p.m. PT on August 16, 2019. During the Re-Evaluation Period, the judges will re-evaluate the groups’ recorded performances and select the top two (2) groups as the “Winners.” Two (2) runner-up groups shall also be selected to be on stand-by in the event of a disqualification or no-show. Winner Notification: The Winners (and runner-ups) will be announced by no later than 10:00 a.m. PT on August 17, 2019. Sponsor will announce the Winners on KCON’s official instagram account. Prize Participation: The two (2) Winners will be invited to dance at the Toyota booth on August 17, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. PT (Winners must be available to participate in filming from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and be filmed by Tim Milgram (TMillyTV)! The video will be posted on TMillyTV’s official Instagram account and other media outlets (e.g., Toyota, KCON, TMilly), in Sponsor’s sole disretion. For both categories, entries are limited to one (1) track or one (1) remixed track less than four (4) minutes For each category (cover dance and cover song), six (6) finalists (the “Finalists”) will be selected from top eighteen (18) vote-getters in accordance with Section 6. The Finalists will be invited to KCON 2019 LA to compete on the convention stage! Each concert ticket number is good for one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. This call-to-action is subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Mail-In Entry: Legibly print your full name, postal address, valid e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth on a piece of paper or a 3” x 5” index card, write down why you who your favorite KCON19NY artist is, and mail it in to CJ ENM America, Inc., Attention: KUNG FU TEA’s Sweepstakes, 3530 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1220, Los Angeles, CA 90010. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 7, 2019, and received by Sponsor no later than June 10, 2019. If Entrant is a Minor, entry must include a valid, signed Consent Form. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, AND PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING. The envelope containing a mail-in entry must not include entries for other persons (i.e., no bulk submissions). As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (or if Entrant is a minor, said Entrant’s parent or legal guardian) gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, which the Entrant will have the obligation to establish. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider and/or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. All materials submitted become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
